Digital stamp card providers compared: 7 apps for businesses in the Netherlands and Flanders (2026)

Seven digital stamp card providers side by side: Beepify, Spari, DigitaleStempelkaart, OnMe, Loyalbee, FaveCard and Piggy. Price, app or no app, Wallet support and who each one suits.

There are seven digital stamp card providers in the Netherlands and Flanders that matter to a small business. The biggest difference is not the price. It is one question: does your customer have to download an app, or does the card sit in the wallet that is already on their phone? Below are the seven side by side, with prices from September 2026 and an honest place for ourselves.

In short

  • Card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet without an app: Beepify, OnMe, Loyalbee, FaveCard (paid).
  • Their own app or web app for the customer: Spari, DigitaleStempelkaart, Piggy.
  • Price for one business: from free to 55 euro per month. Chains pay from 79 euro.

First this: we are one of the seven

This article sits on the Beepify site. We have made the comparison as honest as we can: prices come from the providers' own websites (September 2026, links at the bottom), and for every provider we say who it serves better than we do. If you spot a mistake, mail support@beepify.app and we will correct it.

Provider by provider: what you get and where it pinches

Beepify

The card sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The customer scans a QR code, taps "add" and that is it, with no app and no account. You stamp with a phone, a tablet or the free scanner app for your team. Next to stamp cards there are points cards, levels, memberships and coupons, plus automatic messages (birthday, "we miss you", two stamps to go).

Price: free in test mode with three customers, then 54 euro per month for one location with unlimited customers, 104 euro with five scanners and more automation, 249 euro for several locations. Paying yearly costs ten months. All prices exclude VAT.

Where it pinches: we are more expensive than Spari and DigitaleStempelkaart. If your customers are happy to install an app and all you need is stamps, you pay us more than you have to.

Who it is for: businesses that do not want customers to install anything, and that want memberships or automatic messages next to stamps. The industry pages show what it looks like per trade, for example the digital stamp card for hairdressers.

Spari

Spari is the largest Dutch player, with more than 900 businesses in the Netherlands and Belgium by its own count. The customer installs the Spari app and keeps cards from all participating businesses there. The business gets a dashboard with stamps, points, punch cards and emails.

Price: free up to 25 active customers, 8 euro per month up to 100 customers, 18 euro for unlimited customers with 9 staff members and 3 locations. A plan with punch cards only costs 8 euro.

Where it pinches: the customer needs the Spari app. That is an extra step at the counter, and not everyone takes it. Customers who already have the app for another business join easily.

Who it is for: businesses with a small budget and an audience that already knows the app, and businesses that mainly want a punch card.

DigitaleStempelkaart

The cheapest of the seven: 3.99 euro per month (up to 30 customers, 3 rewards) or 6.99 euro for unlimited. Their own app for the customer and a kiosk mode for a tablet in the shop. Gift credit and challenges too, such as "follow us on Instagram for a stamp".

Where it pinches: their own app for the customer, and the product is smaller in features. No Wallet, no memberships, limited messaging.

Who it is for: the business that wants a simple points system for ten euro a month and has a tablet on the counter.

OnMe

OnMe does one thing: hospitality. Card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, set up in a quarter of an hour, with automatic campaigns for birthdays, quiet periods and after a visit. Messages are included in the price.

Price: from 50 euro per month, cancel monthly.

Where it pinches: hospitality only. A hairdresser or a shop cannot use it, and there is no free plan.

Who it is for: cafes, bars and restaurants that mainly want the automatic messages and have no need for other card types.

Loyalbee

Loyalbee puts the card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet and connects to Adyen card terminals, so a customer is rewarded automatically when they pay. It also does geo messages (a notification when the customer is nearby) and links to webshops and tills.

Price: 0.85 to 1.50 euro per day, so 26 to 45 euro per month, excluding VAT. Custom pricing on request.

Where it pinches: the automatic reward only works with Adyen. Without that terminal you use the normal scan, and then Loyalbee is mostly just more expensive than the rest. Little explanation per industry.

Who it is for: shops and hospitality that already take payments on Adyen and want the stamp to be fully automatic.

FaveCard

FaveCard is free with no cap on customers or stamps. The customer gets a web card (a link they open in the browser), no app. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet sit in the paid Pro plan, campaigns and birthdays in Business. The prices of those plans are not published on the site.

Where it pinches: the free web card is less visible than a Wallet card (no notification on the lock screen, the customer has to keep the link). As soon as you want Wallet you pay, and you only learn the amount after you get in touch.

Who it is for: starting with no budget, and businesses that want to see whether customers join before they pay.

Piggy

Piggy is a different kind of product. It is built for chains and brands: segmentation, automations, gift cards, links to tills and webshops, a mobile web app for the customer. There is a separate Shopify plan for webshops.

Price: 79 euro (Starter), 299 euro (Scale), 849 euro (Pro), Enterprise on request. Shopify: free up to 100 orders, then 25 to 99 euro.

Where it pinches: for a hair salon or a coffee bar this is too heavy and too expensive. The customer gets a web app, not a Wallet card.

Who it is for: companies with several locations, a marketing team and the wish to connect everything.

The three questions that decide it

1. Does your customer have to install something? This is the question that decides usage. Every extra step at the counter halves the number of customers who join. Card in Wallet (Beepify, OnMe, Loyalbee) or a web card (FaveCard free) wins on usage. Their own app (Spari, DigitaleStempelkaart, Piggy) only wins if your customers already have that app.

2. What do you need besides stamps? Stamps only: DigitaleStempelkaart or Spari are the cheapest. Memberships, points, levels and automatic messages: Beepify, OnMe (hospitality) or Piggy (chains).

3. One business or a chain? One to three locations: everything except Piggy. More than ten locations with a marketing team: Piggy, or Beepify Multi-Location if you want to stay with Wallet.

How to test a provider in one afternoon

  1. Create a free or trial account and set up a card with your logo.
  2. Have three customers (or your own phone and those of two colleagues) add the card. Count how many taps it takes.
  3. Give a stamp and see whether the customer gets a notification without opening the app.
  4. Send a test message ("two stamps to go") and see where that message appears.
  5. Look at the price at 200 customers, because that is where you will be within six months.

If you want to run the test with a digital stamp card in Apple Wallet, you can do it free and without a credit card.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best digital stamp card app?

It depends on what you ask of your customer. If you want customers to install nothing, pick a provider that puts the card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet (Beepify, OnMe, Loyalbee, FaveCard paid). If you want the lowest price and you accept a separate app, DigitaleStempelkaart and Spari are cheaper. For chains with dozens of locations, Piggy is the one built for that.

What does a digital stamp card cost?

Between 0 and 80 euro per month for a small business. Free entry plans exist at Beepify, Spari and FaveCard, usually with a cap on customers or without Wallet. Paid plans for a single location run from 7 to 55 euro per month. Chain platforms such as Piggy start at 79 euro.

Does my customer have to download an app for a digital stamp card?

With Spari, DigitaleStempelkaart and Piggy, yes: the card lives in their app or web app. With Beepify, OnMe and Loyalbee the card sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on every phone. FaveCard gives you a free web card and Wallet in the paid plan.

Does a digital stamp card work in Belgium too?

Yes. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet work in Belgium exactly as they do in the Netherlands. Check two things with the provider: the language of the card, and invoicing with a Belgian VAT number. Beepify, Spari and Piggy are active in both countries.

Can I move from a paper stamp card to a digital one?

Yes. Most providers let you carry over the stamps from a paper card in one go at the first visit: the customer shows the paper card and you put the same number of stamps on the digital one. Count on two months in which both run side by side.

Want to try it yourself?

Make a digital stamp card for your own business in five minutes and test it on your own phone. Free, no credit card, and your customers do not have to install anything. If another provider on this list suits you better, that is a fine choice. What matters most is that you stop using paper.
